Fun Week with Teachers Alejandra, Lily, Mayra & Abraham.

Big news and big splashes! This Monday, architect Irad and the crew kicked off phase one of our new Kids Club. They started by safely clearing the front area, and plan to wrap up this first step by January. While the work happens, we’re spending extra time at La Puntilla—turns out more sunshine and more swims are a perfect combo!

This week, students warmed up, practiced breathing, and dove into front crawl, butterfly, and freestyle. After three active days, some even tried their new skills at the beach. Confidence grew, smiles got bigger, and worries melted away.

Back at our beautiful plaza, teacher Abraham set up obstacle races and friendly run-offs. The energy was high, the cheers were louder, and yes—everyone finished the day with favorite games, including a round of hide-and-seek with the teacher.

While demolition continues for a few more days, we’ll keep exploring the town and staying active. This little break reminded us how moving our bodies helps our minds, our friendships, and our joy.
