There are so many things going on a the Amigos de La Cruz and Kids Club this week. We are gearing up for the annual free dental clinic for kids, doing screenings, prioritizing patients, and making appointments for next week. This is such a great project that Amigos has supported for almost a decade now. We have started the programs for adults; the Spanish through music classes and the Country Swing classes are a hit with many. there is still some space available for those interested. It is a great way to pass the time and contribute to our programs. The children have begun a new unit in their language classes and are learning and practicing new vocabulary. We are playing pickleball, learning new songs on the ukuleles, and finished the “Emoji” activity in art that decorates the foyer to the kids club. Children’s classes will be suspended next week for the dental Clinic.
