We welcomed back our kids from winter break. They were so happy to be back and to tell us everything they did during their vacations. Teacher Alejandra started the week with great new activities and amazing art. Our kids explored the fascinating world of engraving art and cave painting. Teacher Alejandra submerged our kids into the history, techniques and visuals of these two great types of art.

Art and culture are huge subjects at our Kids Club. Our very well skilled teacher, Lily, helped children improve their “Zapateado” skills. She began by explaining the importance of our heritage and how music in our country has evolved. Then she  invited our kids to talk with our feet through the great world of “Zapateado”, where kids had the opportunity to produce sound with their feet. She also continued working with Ukelele, as she prepared new music pieces for our kids to perform soon.

Music has taken over the Kids Club. Teacher Aquiles (our choir director) and Teacher Abraham are beginning a new chapter. This week they started brand new songs and now our kids will be seeing the process of building a strong and melodic playlist set. Our kids will be learning different types of voices and finally discover their very own. Every Saturday teacher Aquiles will meet with the kids and choir

This Monday January 19, our kids met our amazing doctors at our annual Dental Clinic. Over 70 students from Emiliano Zapata primary school received dental assistance. From simple dental cleaning to tooth extractions our kids experienced great treatment from our doctors. Thanks to our good friends from NovellDent for allowing us to use their great facilities.
