We had the inauguration of our Photography exhibition this week. We had a group of students learning Mariachi to play and there was a nice turnout of people to enjoy the collection that is on loan from the Anthropology and History Museum in Tepic. The exhibit is open to the public Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday until April 12th.

The kids have been reading “Señorita Mariposa” and doing some activities and art related to the story. In music they had a rhythm activity using “boomwhackers,” percussion instruments that create different musical tones and notes.
There have been many children visiting from the last week who have heard about the Kids Club and joined us for a few days.
The children surprised Alejandra on her birthday with a party and cake to celebrate.
