The children are busy making cards and gifts for their mothers for mothers day this week. We have also learned a new verse for the song “Guacamaya” on Ukuleles.

We have been reading and learning about the holidays Labor Day, Batalla del Pueblo, and Dia de Niño.  In English-Language the children are practicing the days of the week and other date related vocabulary such as tomorrow. yesterday, next week, day after tomorrow, etc.

In art we are learning the color wheel and identifying warm and cold colors.
