With a month to go before summer vacation, we are finalizing some of our projects like culminating the color wheel lesson in art by creating tie-dye shirts. The children chose colors that they think represent their personality and character. They explained to everyone what the colors tell about themselves.

We are also finishing up mathematics with geometry. The children are creating different shapes using toothpicks and beans. It is a great way to demonstrate knowledge of one-dimensional and three-dimensional figures.

We are practicing our songs and dances for the end of the year performance as well as enjoying swim practice.

In these final weeks, we will be announcing the summer camp dates and activities by the end of the month.  Stay tuned for details. It is always a fun way to spend the summer vacation.
