SHAPES AND PATTERNS
Teachers Alejandra and Mayra sparked our kids’ curiosity with playful pattern blocks, shapes, and paint‑by‑number creations. Each activity invited them to slow down, explore, and discover how patience and creativity can turn simple lines into bright art. Also, with teacher Alejandra they completed their clay creations from the previous week. The kids really enjoyed working through the whole process and learned that patience and hard work pays off.
With teacher Lyly, our students explored new ways to build strength and confidence, starting with fun rope‑jumping challenges that pushed them to stay active and coordinated. She also guided them through breathing routines to support their flute skills, helping them understand how their lungs work and how focused breathing can improve sound and control. By the end, students were able to play both familiar and new songs with more ease.
FEARLESS
On Friday, our kids challenged themselves at the pool with joy and courage. Using all the skills they’ve learned from teacher Abraham and the whole team, they stepped into the water ready to try new things. Even our youngest swimmers joined in, cheering for each other as they explored new ways of moving through the water. It was a beautiful reminder of how much children can achieve when they feel supported, encouraged.
NEW FAMILY MEMBERS
Lincon (age 5) and Sullivan (age 3) are visiting from the United States for a short stay, and their family expressed interest in joining our Kids Club. They quickly connected with the teachers and our children, and they’ve shown great dedication to learning in two languages. Their mom, Kathlyn, is also helping in the Kids Club by supporting the teachers during activities. The kids are truly enjoying their time with us.
