John Whitten has worked with the children to strengthen their swimming skills and now has them entering local swim meets.  

Practicing in a local private pool, the children learn about water safety, developing physical skills and breathing technique including hand-eye coordination and muscle tone.  Lessons also provide the children with confidence and self-esteem.  

Children and Adults from throughout the Bay area compete at Acuatica Montero in Bucerias. 

One goal is to fundraise for team swimsuits, t-shirts and entry costs.
